Spotty or diffuse hair loss on the top of the head are problems that can affect many. With top head hairpieces from Gisela Mayer and Mayer Hair, thinning areas can be discreetly hidden in no time. Most of the feather-light hairpieces are hand-knotted on monofilament and have lace attachments, which ensure that the hairpieces can be invisibly connected to real hair. Thanks to the light weight, they feel comfortable and natural. The hairpieces from our hair store are available in synthetic or real hair or in the new Nature Fiber and Techno Fiber.
