The newest! With normal wigs, the forehead hairline is always the problem. The hair should be styled such that it is not visible. Wigs with lace front have a monofilament application up to the forehead. This is so fine that no part of the wig can be seen on the forehead hairline. With a lace front, hairstyles are possible since even the front hairline is visible.

The wig and hairpiece brand Gisela Mayer summarises a selection of hair fillers under the term "Hair Topper". These can be made from real or synthetic hair, but also from a "high heat fibre" or a combination of the two. The collection includes different hair lengths, cuts and structures.

Partial or diffuse hair loss on the top of the head is a problem that affects many people. Thinning areas can be concealed immediately and subtly with a high-quality hair filler from Gisela Mayer. Most feather-light hair fillers are hand-knotted on monofilament and have tip attachments that ensure the pieces are invisibly bonded to your real hair. Their light weight makes them feel comfortable and natural. Our hair shop offers hair fillers made from synthetic fibres or human hair as well as natural hair or techno fibre.

Products made from heat-resistant synthetic hair (high heat fibre) have a memory effect. This keeps the hair in perfect shape. If necessary, you can reshape it temporarily, for example with a hairdryer or hair straightener.
